A completely free service, Lets Rent allows landlords to advertise a property on the leading property portals (including Zoopla, Gumtree, and Primelocation), and set up viewings with tenants. We also manage all contracts digitally - referencing, contracts, deposit handling, and 1st month’s rent collection. There are no hidden fees, and our system is easy to use.
Tenants are charged just £85 including VAT, which is up to 75% cheaper than the national average. Tenants also have access to all their paperwork in the cloud based system, speeding up the renting process and making it easy to keep track of contracts and reference checks
